B |     这背后一方面是因为小米人车家全生态的独有定位，在全球所有汽车品牌里都是独一份的差异化优势，另一方面小米本身就是国内少有的、能把消费电子品牌成功做到高端赛道的企业，这套沉淀了十几年的用户运营、高端化运营能力放到汽车行业，也是非常稀缺的核心竞争力。    第三点也是当地经销商最看重的核心特质，他们很清楚小米是一家造汽车的科技公司，而不是一家循规蹈矩的传统汽车公司，不管是产品迭代效率还是用户运营思路，都和传统车企有着本质区别。     卢伟冰补充，目前出海团队在各个国家接触对接的意向经销商，几乎全都是当地汽车流通领域的头部玩家，基本上每个国家里排名前十的大型经销商集团，有七八家都主动找上门来争取为数不多的合作名额，出海的渠道基础铺垫已经推进得十分顺利。
